Chandler Cook | President
Chandler is the President of ARC Pyrotechnics, Inc. He began his journey in the pyrotechnics industry, in 2010, by building equipment. In 2016, he started working part-time for ARC while he finished school. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2018, he accepted a full time position as the General Manager. While starting from the ground up, he believes that through hard work and determination you can accomplish anything. He is optimistic about the future of the company, and strives to meet our objective of providing our clients with the pyrotechnic experience that they expect and deserve.
Austin Kelley | Vice President
Before Austin joined our team, he served 7 years in the United States Air Force. Austin worked in an Emergency Operations Cell and also worked as a Flight Engineer on the Airborne Early Warning and Control System (AWACS) airplane. During his time in the Air Force, he was deployed 3 times to the middle east. Austin has been with the company since it was started in 2015 and worked as the Magazine Manager for 5 years. He teaches best safety practices at our yearly training courses. Austin is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management.
Gary Dill | Corporate Safety Officer
Major Gary Dill is our corporate safety officer. Gary was cross-trained as a police officer and firefighter, conducting hundreds of fire investigations. He has been an Emergency Medical Technician since 1982. Gary has attended several shooters schools and been the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) for public displays in Edmond, OK for over 10 years. Major Dill retired after over 34 years of service with the Edmond Fire Department. He currently has his State of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City pyrotechnics licenses and served on the Oklahoma display licensing committee.
